What is the communication platform as service?

Short for Communications Platforms as a Service, CPass is a cloud-based platform that allows developers to use real-time communication features like voice, messaging and video as part of their own applications or any other internet-enabled application through communications APIs, without needing to add backend infrastructure or hardware.
CPaaS focuses on integrating different applications together to make the communication process complete and more effective. s. With this new technology, companies can structure their communications in a way that best fits their business operations, allowing them to deliver a complete digital engagement to its customers, from just one platform.

    We live in a world of acronyms. In  fact I sometimes wonder whether the word world itself it's not an acronym wo rid no it isn't at least not as far as I know anyway today we're going to be introducing CPass. Which is a real acronym standing for Communication platform as-a-service.  Although it may sound a bit weird C Pass is actually what's making digital transformation happen to explain. How I would like to invite Laurence hi John hello so Laurence is going to be explaining everything.  There is to know about CPass and verticals during the series so Laurence welcome to the convex web series thank you John. So CPass acts as a digital hub enabling connections between everything. You can imagine people objects and applications making these components interact together and understand each other. It's very relevant for organizations who need to interconnect everything and their business processes reducing latency and improving decision-making process efficiency. So here are a cup of examples to help you understand what C Pass delivers to your company in the healthcare sector. C Pass can be integrated with existing on-site clinic and hospital equipment to help manage critical real-time communications. It can also provide notification services and alarms for doctors and nurses across. A range of devices and platforms the same platform can provide real-time video conferencing capabilities for doctors to check up on discharged patients recuperating at home some patients. May need to be reminded to take their medications after discharge by integrating a communications platform with the hospital's business processes and the patient's electronic medical record. Automated alerts can be sent by text or phone call to remind the patients to take their medication and what about other examples of vertical integration in the hospitality sector. For example well in the hospitality sector a CPAs platform can connect with a hotel CRM hotel business applications and smart on-site equipment to deliver in room automation. Through a guest smartphone such as the ability to control lighting temperature and entertainment options even through voice commands guests can use voice or video conferencing to contact the front desk room service or any other hotel services.  It would take us forever to list applications there's no limit and they're all different depending on your business imperatives but one thing is certain digital transformation cannot happen without C Pass.
